Lucio Franco

Lucio is a West coast (US) based software engineer who maintains open source projects and works in Rust. Within the rust community he is known as the creator of Tonic, a Rust implementation of gRPC, a high performance, open source, general RPC framework that puts mobile and HTTP/2 first.
