Alex Crichton

Alex is currently one of the lead maintainers of Wasmtime, an out-of-browser WebAssembly runtime. He has worked in open-source software for over a decade. Before working in WebAssembly, he was a major contributor to the Rust Programming Language and remains the top contributor in number of commits. Today, he is primarily focused on the development and maintenance of WebAssembly, the Component Model, and WASI standards.
